Dear Friends, Family, and Fans,
Surprisingly, I’ve been introduced to some wonderful quotes, adages and sayings on social media. One that really spoke to me admonished us not to worry about putting the Christ in Christmas. It’s more important to put the Christ in Christians. So true. Some of the most judgmental people I know call themselves Christian.
Yet Jesus asked those without sin to cast the first stone.
Not one of us is without sin. It’s only by his grace that we are here. I am so far from the woman I want to be and yet so close to recognizing the God in me. He loves me in-spite of me. I’m so thankful. Even when I don’t act completely in accordance with the intent of the question, I ask
“What would Jesus do?”
Not that I always act in accordance to what I know of His Will, but I am intentionally attempting to do so.
During this season and through every season of our lives, first and foremost, I ask us to bring love to every interaction and decision.
