We are needing...
a world of reading.
Help us get a wondrous start.
Feed our minds...our souls... our hearts.
Fill us with language as we mature.
Read to us much much more.
We are needing... a world of reading.
Give us something we can never lose....
Something money can't buy, that we'll always use. Thoughts to excite our imagination...
Books to inspire us the new generation.
We are needing... a world of reading.
Bring the universe to our door.
Teach us to open it and explore.
If the whole world is a stage,
show us how to play each page.
What we are needing is a whole world of reading.
